Property was exactly like pictures even better actually. Clean, well put together. Has everything you need, was like I was home. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, the boardwalk. Only thing i didnt like was no curtains or blinds in the front area of home, i felt like the neighbors could peer in whenever they liked. Otherwise, perfect little getaway for a couple!

We loved the rental! It is clean, nicely decorated, well equiped, and is situated in a very convenient location. It is in a quiet area that is only a 10 min walk to the beach through the quaint town. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing, Clean and Comfortable!
Our stay at Juan’s place was fantastic. The unit is as pictured, if not better in person! It is cozy, comfortable and very clean. A perfect place for 2 people with all the essentials. We especially enjoyed the in unit laundry and the location. It was close enough to walk the Main Street and down to the waterfront with ease but also tucked away on a quiet dead end street making it very peaceful. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck chairs for our morning coffee and couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the host. He was always timely in his communication and could not have been more accommodating. We would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Gorgeous, spotlessly clean and ideal location!
Truly a memorable experience. We could not have asked for a better location, it was walkable to everything plus the amazing park next door. The entire apartment was incredibly clean, super comfortable and cozy with great air conditioning. So impressed! Would absolutely book again, highly recommend.

Cute little unit. Very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Close to everything. Very walkable. There was a bit of a hiccup with check in but nothing that couldn’t be rectified. Cleaning lady just forgot where she was to put the key.She gave us a $25 gift card for Erie Beach Hotel where we had a great feed of perch. We went shopping at On the Fringe and had a fabulous breakfast at Dover Dairy Bar. A nice quiet getaway.

The property was great. Super clean and well stocked with everything you could want. Bed was very comfortable and the patio was nice to sit at night. The host was very helpful and great with communication. Overall we would definitely come back.

Very Good Property
This property was top notch. There was a booking error and this unit was already booked for our dates. The property manager contacted us right away and offered us the upstairs 2 bedroom unit instead. The whole property is well maintained and nicely presented. Our unit was very clean, organized and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was exceptional. Alot of care and effort was put into this unit. There is also a dishwasher and washer and dryer. As nice as the unit was and very nice to stay in, it was the small things that were notable. We had mentioned we were coming for our anniversary. When we got there there was a box of desserts in the fridge. There were so many little details that really made the stay. Such as good paper products, nice linens and thoughtful little things we may need. The host was super, very friendly and approachable. He was attentive and easy to contact without being instrusive. We will definitely book here again

The best get-away
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property was immaculately kept and was a lovely spot to come back to and put up our feet after our daily adventures in Port Dover/Norfolk area. The property is a short walk to the water/beach, as well as restaurants, shopping and a really lovely coffee shop. Juan was a delight to communicate with and we were blown away by their hospitality. The bottle of wine for our anniversary was truly an appreciated touch. We will be back!

Dear Juan My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay in your cottage! Everything was as described on VRBO! Your place is a gem, very quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, great kitchen with all the appliances, dishes etc... We plan on returning as we love Port Dover and it is a short drive to Turkey Point! Also, thank you Juan for the delicious pastries you left us, we certainly enjoy them. We rated it 5 star overall as it is a gem and we highly recommend it!! Little gem
This was an unexpected find. It's located on a short dead-end street very close to a park and the river. The downtown area and beach are a short walk away, so the location is great. The place was clean, beautiful and quiet. The hosts were so helpful and responsive. I think this is their first time hosting and they did a great job. I wish them well with this rental. We certainly would come back again.
