It’s always a pleasure to stay here! From the extreme hospitality and inviting welcome by front desk agent Ms. Tanisha during my checking in (hope I’m saying her name rit) to the amenities inside of the room/suite is always refreshing & worth my staying at this resort feeling hotel.

Good value

Was in town to visit a family member who had heart surgery. When I arrived I requested an additional night and was quickly granted that request. Upon entering my room, I noticed that it was quite cool (63*) and turned the thermostat to heat and went to take a shower. After my shower, the room was still 63*. When I went out for supper I stopped by the front desk and reported the issue. When I returned, I was told that the maintenance worker would not be there until the next morning and they offered me a portable heater. This worked fine as it was just me. The next day they arrived as I was leaving but I later found that they didn’t fix the heater. The manager offered to move me to another room but I declined due to being by myself and the ambient temperature was not as cold.

A VERY PLEASANT STAY But A COLD ROOM!

It’s always Amazing to visit this hotel.. My only concern was the heat wasn’t working and this was brought to the attention to the frontdesk as I checked back in.. I felt like there should have been some type of incentives for guest due to not having heat in some of the rooms as the Front Desk agent @ the time said she could put in a ticket request with Maintenance but wasn’t complete sure whatever they would do to fix the matter would work and I “Most of the rooms the heat isn’t working..” Finally, I felt my suite should have been switched out for another room to try and see if the heat would work in a different room. I’m not a complainer nor do I like to be burden which is why I didn’t push the issue like could have as I love the professionalism and hospitality shown and exhibited by the front desk agents and house keeping!

I wish I had taken a picture. When I checked, the room was dirty and in disarray. I didn’t trust them to get it cleaned properly. I once got bed bugs in a similar hotel. I left. I should have gotten a refund! I ended up continuing my drive to South Carolina without rest.
