The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly, and strove to provide whatever services they could offer. However, there were some major oversights that marred the overall experience. On the final day (2 hours before check-out time was due), the electricity supply of our room was suddenly cut off by the hotel. To our bewilderment, the customer services told us that the room cards had been deactivated. It was 'almost' as if we were being ushered out. Frankly, you would expect a higher standard of general courtesy from a supposedly 4-star hotel. Additionally, the room's facilities felt highly outdated - with an overly small room to match. Thirdly, the check-out bill calculated at the end of the stay turned out to be incorrect. No apology had been issued for such an elementary mistake.

it was great location. the room was clean and all facilities were in good condition. only one thing bothered me was the room I booked was nonsmoking, but there was still some smoke passed around from other room wherever the other day.

I would stay here again
Stayed here for three days. It's close to a building that was undergoing construction so that was a bit of a nuisance. The staff was very friendly and some spoke English which helped a lot. A mosquito had gotten into our room so that left some pretty bad bites, brought this up to staff, but it fell on deaf ears. It's very close to everything so location wise it works out well. They stocked the room with water and coffee.

호텔스닷컴에서 예약이 잘못되어 입구에서 당황해하고 있었는데 직원분께서 영어가능한 직원도 불러주시고 해결해주시려고 너무 잘해주셔서 적지않은 감동을 받았음 호텔스닷컴은 예약관리를 보다 철저하게 해주기를 바람 조식은 비싸지는 않았지만 한국인 입맛에 딱 맞았음 호텔근처는 스타벅스나 갈만한 덴 없는거같고 로컬슈퍼랑 코코가 있었음
