Room not cleaned-would NOT recommend
I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The room was not cleaned during my stay. When I told reception Initially I was told that this was due to instructions given by management and that guests have to request to have their rooms cleaned. I had not been informed about this when I checked in. On checking out, a different receptionist expressed surprise that the room had not been cleaned.
The rooms need to be cleaned everyday because the shower does not have a curtain and literally floods the entire bathroom
The hotel uses regular bathroom mats rather than the floor towel used in most hotels. The mat in my room was filthy and covered with hair.
