We recently had the pleasure of staying at Elegant Suites Westlake for three days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, check-in was a breeze, with the staff warmly welcoming us and ensuring everything was seamless. The room was impeccable—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious. The bathroom was equally impressive, offering ample space and modern amenities. But the highlight of our stay was the magnificent bed—so plush and comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. After long days of exploring Hanoi, coming back to such a cozy and inviting space truly felt like home. The location near West Lake provided a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle, yet it was still conveniently close to key attractions. The hospitality was top-notch, making our stay all the more memorable. We highly recommend Elegant Suites Westlake to anyone visiting Hanoi. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality!

To the management staff of the Elegant Suites Westlake, Our 2 night‘s stay of January 31, 2025 and February 2, 2025 was most enjoyable. It was the warm reception of the guest Relations receptionist, Mr. Thanh that really made the 4 of us feel so very welcomed that made the hotel most inviting. It was truly a five star welcoming which we were all very impressed about through his thorough communications and professionalism as he walked us through the hotel and room briefings. He was also very committed to making our stay a 5 star experience which he succeeded in doing. The hotel gym was of the best I’ve had workouts at in a hotel. We would also like to recognize Jeny Tran’s work and follow through in the arranging of our airport, transportation, and transportation to Ha Long Bay. The communications and follow through were beyond expectations.

I always enjoy my time at Elegant Suites Westlake. It is conveniently located. It is not too far from the old quarter and it is easy to get to the airport. It is far enough from the main roads that it is peaceful and much quieter than anywhere else l've stayed in the city. I enjoy the pool, gym and spa. They are never too busy so you can go at your convenience. The breakfast buffet is consistent every day with a few rotations that keep it fresh. There are good views across the lake or of the city, depending on which room you have. The staff has always been very helpful and attentive.

Lovely hotel out of the hustle and bustle with just a $4 Aud grab to old town. Massive rooms like being at home. We checked out late and sat around the pool before heading to the train station. Highly recommend

Phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Phòng có bếp nhưng không có đồ dùng học trợ nấu nướng như dầu ăn, gia vị... Không có đũa dùng mà chỉ toàn dao dĩa. Thế nên nếu ở lâu chắc khách phải chủ động mua đồ để nấu nướng vì chỉ cung cấp nồi xoang, bát đĩa. Khu vui chơi trẻ em dù trong nhà nhưng mùa đông lạnh không có máy sưởi ấm nên không chơi được. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, lễ phép là điểm cộng.

Tay Ho is a great neighborhood. Close to the airport and lots of great little bars and restaurants (Vietnamese and other global treats). The staff at Elegant Suites were professional, kind and helpful. We will definitely return when we head back to Hanoi.

Loved everything about this hotel, the room was perfect, very spacious with a view on the lake. we also had a spacious jaccuzi in the unit (!) and a washing machine. The staff were very helpful. They took their time to explain the city map/landmark and helped us make the best out of our trip
