This hotel is in the perfect location. Close to all shops/restaurants and museums etc. the hotel is very modern and clean. The staff a were exceptional! Anna showed me around Hanoi and was so friendly. The lady on reception was very kind. I was travelling alone and they did everything to make sure I had a lovely time in Hanoi

The accommodation was in a very good location and room was very clean. The room service was also very good, especially the hotel manager and staff were very friendly and bright personality. Also, they booked a taxi for us when I had to go the airport so I was very grateful. If i visit Hanoi again i wanna stay in this hotel again ! I really want to recommend it!

This property has very basic accommodations but very central and convenient to Hanoi sites. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are safe, fed and able to navigate the area. Lots of helpful tips and even arranged transportation to/from airport.

The room we were given was nothing like the photos we looked at before booking! There was no breakfast at the hotel, we had to walk to a different one. Breakfast selection was average. Our room had no windows and we had the drainage pipe so every time someone flushed their toilet or showered we could hear a cascade of water even during the night. The room was very tired, holes in walls and in tiles in the bathroom. Hot water lasted less than a minute. The cleanliness was very average, having said all of that the staff were very nice.

Classic style hotel, with interesting decorations and well kept. The location is perfect since it's inside old Hanoi but in a relatively calm street. The room is cozy and not much sound from the street can be heard.

We loved the location of this friendly hotel. It’s a bit more tired than it looks in the pictures, but overall ok. Breakfast is in another hotel a short walk away. It’s an adequate buffet.
