Welcome to Ocean Pearl 4, a luxury apartment by the sea where peace and privacy go hand in hand. Here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the cooling sea breeze. Inside and outside blend seamlessly into a relaxing living space, equipped with comfortable furniture. This spacious apartment is perfect for a family holiday and can accommodate 6 people. It has 3 stylish bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, so that everyone can enjoy every comfort.
In the lush tropical garden you can completely relax. In the communal swimming pool, exclusively accessible to the Pearl apartments, you can take a refreshing dip. Just 100 meters away are the beaches of Papagayo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach, ideal for a refreshing swim or an adventurous snorkeling session. And when the sun goes down, you can enjoy spectacular views from your own terrace. You might even spot dolphins in the crystal clear water!
Layout apartment
This beautiful first floor apartment offers breathtaking sea views and a view of the communal pool. The spacious terrace has a large dining table and a cozy lounge area, perfect for a relaxing evening with family or friends. Inside you will find a cozy living room and a luxury kitchen, equipped with an American fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee maker. In addition, there is a TV with Netflix and an extensive range of international channels.
The apartment has three spacious double bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a shared bathroom. You can control the sea breeze via the shutters and the sliding door to create the perfect atmosphere for every occasion.
Surroundings
The apartment is located in an exclusive resort in the beautiful Vista Royal (Jan Thiel). The resort consists of luxury villas and apartments and offers the perfect combination of peace, privacy and luxury. The villas have private pools and there is a communal pool for the apartments. The beaches of Papagayo Beach and Jan Thiel Beach are only 100 meters away.
