Wishing for through attention to housekeping
The overall experience was good. I wish though that the janitorial service would have been better. During Christmas we had to buy food for the evening meals, I was grateful for housekeeping for picking up the trash, but they did not pick the trash in the bathroom. I made the bed and picked up and expected for the trash to picked up both in the bedrooms and bathroom.

Very Clean and friendly staff. I wish it was closer (.5 miles was a little far for walking distance) to Festhalle though but was still great.

Very nice property, friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast. Keep in mind that the Helen Town and Mountain Coaster are 15 minutes walking distance.

No complaints for a change
My wife and I usually stay in luxury hotels, which this is not. We were surprised to have no problems, nice staff, and a clean room. Their pillows go flat, so I had to use two together, but we were very satisfied overall.
