Our apartment was pretty good but needs a few things brought to managements attention 1 ... toilet seat sliding everywhere 2 ... shower rose dreadful. Told reception who didn't follow up. Put up with a drizzle of water for our 4 day stay 3 ... shower door handle very loose 4 ... dryer sounds like a jet plane 5 ... kitchen has NO LIGHTS ... unless the extraction fan light is used 6 ... So Dark phoned 1st night for help from reception to find the light switch ... she was coming up to assist ... 4 DAYS LATER WE STILL HAVE NOT SIGHTED HER 7 ... $50 for 2 of us Buffet Breakfast ... WHAT A JOKE Food was so dehydrated we couldnt eat it. NO PROVISIONS for GLUTEN Intolerant nor LACTOSE Intolerant guests. VERY POOR. Felt very ripped off.

We had a meal at Smokey Joes Bar and Grill and meals were average, but the staff looked after us very well providing us another drink and apologized. The pool area is relaxing with a heated pool and cool pool. Quiet area, just a bit far from majority of things.

We have stayed at Ramada Hervey Bay before so wanted to go back. The hotel is close to the harbour and restaurants. The room was very nice by the pool. The only problem was that it smelled a little musty as if it was damp. The food at the restaurant was really nice and well priced. Staff were very friendly.

Great accommodation the only thing disappointing is that there are not enough under cover parking spots if parked in the evening. Too many empty disabled parking spots and regular parking overflow area was not secure and other than 4 would puddle after rain. Resort was great, pool amazing and bed very comfy. Will definitely stay again.
