Great location and amenities
Rental was modern and well updated. Property was gorgeous with multi million dollar additions of new pools, hot tubs and surrounding patios. Lay on patio chairs and listen to the ocean, or take the very short walk to the beach through the property gate. Loved it.

Absolutely beautiful week at this villa. Everything is just as pictured. It’s like home away from home just bring your clothes. Great restaurants close by and things within walking distance. We will definitely visit again.

Property was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, as well as bonus beach chairs and toys. Owners were responsive when an issue occurred with the AC which we didn’t even alert them to! We enjoyed our stay and would return next year.

Great Time Had By All!
Our stay was amazing at Villamare 3220! Beautifully updated condo with everything needed if you packed to fly. This is a nice feature to know that necessary extras are in the unit when you may not have the option of carrying many extra things via car travel. Russell’s villa is spotless and so many thoughtful details show in the care he takes with his property. Villamare is perfectly located in Palmetto Dunes and 3220 is in a great area within the community. The awesome upgrade to the pool areas is perfect for families and the adult pool is just terrific for those of us past the stage of having to watch the little ones! We cannot say enough as to how much we appreciated everything about our stay at 3220 and the overall idea of Russell creating a fabulous place for people to truly enjoy!! Fantastic Place!
This property was great!! Super clean and spacious and practical! Plenty of space to sleep. All of the beds are super comfortable! Plenty of room to relax. The place was fully stocked with more than we even anticipated which was super helpful! We loved the location in association to Hilton Head itself AND within the resort area as well. Super short walk to the pool and beach… just right down the elevator and past the turtles in the pond which my kids were obsessed with. We loved it for a family of 5!! We’d absolutely stay in the same place again!! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Fantastic Week at Villamare!!
My family of 5 loved our week at this property. The property was exactly as listed. Super clean and completely updated. Two minute walk to the pool and beach. The condo was well-stocked with everything you need, including beach towels and beach chairs. We were already asking each other when we can xome back!! 10/10!!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head, but it won't be our last!! This condo was amazing! It is the first beach condo I have ever stayed at that wasn't full of sand! We had everything that we needed! Location was awesome and view was great!! Communication with the owner was quick and easy! We will definitely be back!!

Great unit with a prime location in Palmetto Dunes
It was our second time to Hilton Head and our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes. We much preferred the location of this trip at Villamare vs. Coligny on the last trip. The condo was close to everything we needed - grocery, restaurants etc and the fact you can walk out onto the beach can't be beat! The space was perfectly situated with a main living area and two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The unit was accurately represented and the owners helpful. We also enjoyed the access to the fitness center and visiting the Omni, Alexanders and the Dunes House within walking distance. Very nice stay :)

Excellent stay!!
This is our second time staying at this condo and we are planning to come back. You can’t go wrong in choosing this place! The condo is very comfortable to stay in with everything one could need. Our family of 4 (two teenage boys) fits perfectly. We love the layout with the living room and kitchen between the two bedrooms. Very private and gives us all our own space. We noticed quite a few little updates from last year, as Russ pays close attention to detail and takes pride in being a host. The new pools and hot tubs are gorgeous as well! Highly recommend staying here!

Villamare is a wonderful location within Palmetto Dunes. Easy walk to beach, general store and tennis center. Unit is fully updated, very clean and comfortable. New renovated pool area was not open for our visit but is nearly completed and looks amazing. Carolyn was immediately responsive to all questions / concerns.

Wow, fantastic stay at Palmetto Dunes!!!
Our family of four (one college and one high school age) just enjoyed ten nights at this amazing condo. From the moment we stepped through the door we fell in love with how beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious this condo is. The resort is perfectly located in Palmetto Dunes and just a short walk from the unit to the water. Carolyn was excellent with communication throughout the process and while on site. We highly recommend and cannot wait to go back!!

This apartment is gorgeous! The layout is wonderful, it's super clean, the beds were very comfortable and the customer service was very responsive. Access to both the pool and beach was very convenient. Parking was also great - right under the building. Overall this was a wonderful experience.
