Cette toute nouvelle villa Seaside rénovée est à quelques pas de la plage. Belle vue sur l'océan depuis votre balcon privé et vue sur la piscine depuis la porte d'entrée.
Tout dans l'unité est neuf, jusqu'aux draps et aux serviettes.
Il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants à distance de marche, mais la cuisine est entièrement équipée si vous choisissez de cuisiner. Comprend une cafetière Keurig. Il y a aussi un barbecue et des tables de pique-nique sur le terrain.
Nous offrons un abonnement gratuit à la salle de sport au centre de remise en forme The Players Club (à deux pâtés de maisons), qui comprend une piscine intérieure et un bain à remous. Il y a aussi des chaises de plage pour votre usage.
Nos clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient été agréablement surpris par cet appartement et sa proximité avec la plage. Lors de votre séjour, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Lowcountry Celebration Park. Cet appartement propose une cuisine et un balcon.

Winter get away...
Nice location on the island and within the complex. Close to the elevator and laundry without any annoying noises. The swimming pool as you walk out the door is a pleasant relaxing view.Was a nice touch of decorated sugar cookies to greet us on the table when we walked in. Kendall responded quickly to sny texts.Attractive with new furnishings and appliances. Brand new cookware and anything else you might need for those who want to cook.Loved the plantation sliding doors and balcony. Everything is modern, clean, and fresh. Close to the beach or a short walk to Coligny Beach where you can relax on the covered lawn swings or explore the many shops and restaurants. Also has Piggly Wiggly located there.Would highly recommend if a smaller setup works as it did for the two of us. We enjoyed our winter getaway and the side trips to Beaufort and Savannah.Is not huge but comfortable for two people.

Hilton Head Gem
Property has all one needs for a relaxing getaway. Unit is clean, and well appointed. No need to bring beach towels because there are some in the unit. Additionally there are beach chairs along with an umbrella. Beach is a short walk down a wooden boardwalk. When you return there are showers and foot washing areas to rinse. Restaurants are also a short walk up the street. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon.

OUR STAY WAS GREAT!! Bring a fan with you because the bedroom could get a little warm at night. We put the fan in the hallway to blow the AC into the room and solved that problem. Word to management if you could supply a fan for this purpose that would help those out who don’t bring one. This property is in the perfect location. Has a gorgeous view from the patio.. All in all a great place to stay.

My family had a great time at the Flip Flop Paradise for a family vacation during the July 4th week. We chose this accommodation because of its price point and walking distance to the beach. I would highly recommend it to others for these very same reasons!

Great location, Great location, Great location
We stayed for a few days to access the beach and do other activities on Hilton Head. The location is hard to beat. Everything about the condo was as described, and communication with the host was very straightforward and convenient. The bikes that were available facilitated some good beach riding in the morning and evening. We had one of our teenagers with us and they used the sofa bed, which turned out to be not very comfortable. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Recommended!!!

As advertised - we enjoyed it!
The property was clean and properly appointed. The location sublime. Beach access couldn’t be easier. It might seem like a small thing, but trust me it’s worth being beachside versus having to cross the busy thoroughfare to get to it. Our young daughters had a blast. A/C was a star, ran like a champ. The layout was perfect and kitchen quite useable. The only real negative worth mentioning is the whale tail hooks in the bathroom are iron, which isn’t the best choice: with the humidity and coastal environment, your towels or clothes could catch some rust (a couple of ours did). I’d recommend these be replaced with stainless steel…. But nothing else needs be changed. A wonderful spot for your next vacation!

Quick Family Trip
This property is clean and well maintained. The check-In process was great, and the owner was very attentive. The only hiccup is the HVAC. There is one unit in the family room and it struggles to get air to the bedroom. There are no vents in the bedroom and the fans struggle to move the air.

Great 1BR with balcony and ocean view!
Our stay was wonderful, however, a bit stressful the moment we arrived due to the parking situation. We had 2 cars, so the host told me to park in the garage (so we could double park), as opposed to the regular parking lot. There was no availability to park in the garage, however, the host rectified the situation for us by moving her car out of the garage to let us have it. If you only have one car, you will not have to worry about this. One more thing - there wasn't any ice in the freezer when we arrived. There were 2 ice trays in the freezer, but they were both empty, so we had to go out and buy ice. Even if the 2 ice trays were full, there still wouldn't have been enough ice. I do recommend this unit!

Seaside Villa vacation
We had a great stay. Perfect size for a couple. Very nice deck / furniture with view of the ocean. All the appliances and amenities we needed including nice hotel-type thoughtful touches. Appreciated the bikes / beach chairs so we did not have to bring them. Hosts anticipated our needs and checked how we were doing. Highly recommend.
