We were driving from Ontario to our destination in South Carolina. We were 4 hours from our destination when we received word that our accommodations were no longer available. They staff we spoke with tried to resolve the issue by offering other accommodations however, they did not have they things we were looking for (pool, walking distance to beach). Itâs was a disappointment to all of us who were looking forward to getting away someplace warm after being cooped up for the past two years due to Covid 19.
Overall good experience and enjoyed our stay. Quick response when we requested a new shower curtain. Overall clean however there was gum on the floor in one room and on the wall in the other, comforters on the beds had an unknown substance on them that was brown and gnats everywhere.
Our stay was nice overall. A few negative comments - the airfilter over the dining room table has not been replaced in a VERY long time . Full of muck, which obviously affects air quality in the unit . A clean air filter is obviously important, especially these days. I have photo . Also we had 4 people stay but only 2 very small frying pans - not nearly enough to easily cook a decent breakfast of bacon , pancake and eggs for 4 people. Also the tv remotes were not easy to use (really!), and there were no instructions in the guest book .
Very nice and roomy apartment. It has a great view of the court yard with shade trees. A short 5 minute walk from the beach. Quiet and clean place. We enjoyed it very much and will stay there again when next time in Hilton Head.
We enjoyed the condo's view, proximity to the beach (10 minute walk), beautiful neighborhood for bike riding, proximity to grocery stores, and friendliness of people.
