Summer House est la maison de vacances idĂ©ale pour toute la famille! Cette propriĂ©tĂ© de plain-pied joliment rĂ©novĂ©e est situĂ©e Ă  North Forest Beach, Ă  quelques pas de l’ocĂ©an.

En franchissant la porte d'entrĂ©e, vous ĂȘtes accueilli par un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert, une dĂ©coration cĂŽtiĂšre, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle. La cuisine bien amĂ©nagĂ©e comprend des plans de travail en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une cafetiĂšre Keurig et un bar enveloppant facilitant les conversations. La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir huit personnes, avec six tabourets de bar supplĂ©mentaires au comptoir de la cuisine.

Le salon est confortablement meublĂ© avec des volets de plantation, deux canapĂ©s et une tĂ©lĂ©vision avec lecteur DVD. La terrasse de la piscine est accessible par les portes coulissantes, ainsi que par les portes de la chambre principale et de l’une des chambres queen.

The house itself was wonderful. The location was great, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The only thing I would say is the management company was not so accommodating. I asked for an early check-in and they denied my request saying there were previous guests, but it is clear there were not. Also, the website includes a hot tub, which is inoperable.

We paid extra to have the pool and hot tub heated and it was not heated when we arrived. We had to turn the heat on ourselves and took hours to heat up for us to use the hot tub but would cool off when the controller would turn off. Pool was decent temp, finally, the day we checked out, which was disappointing.One of the showers was not in working order and we were not informed of it prior to our stay. That was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we booked this stay due to the amount of people we were traveling with. Vacasa was very prompt on getting back to me but the host was poor with communication. Location was not far from the beach and was walking distance. Not a far drive from the Coligny Plaza.

Nice House for a Family Vacay

The property was excellent and suited our large group quite well. The house was comfortable and kitchen was mostly well equipped. We noticed upon check-in several small flaws that require simple maintenance - closet doors not mounting in track correctly, showerhead missing for one of the outdoor showers for example After several days, several toilets would not stop running since flapper valves were old and needed replacing. The pool, while nice, has very rough edges and upper wall that resulted in a few scraped legs. Minor, but worth commenting on.

Perfect for a Family Trip

Our family of 15 fit perfectly with plenty of space. The set up was exactly what we needed - offering enough space for us to spread out and community areas for us to all be together. The kitchen and grill made it possible for us to cook family meals. The pool was warm, clean and spacious! The beach is a short walk through a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and it is just a scenic mile walk into town to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time and would certainly return.

Summer House

A group of ten women got together to celebrate our birthdays. We loved the house with its spaciousness, ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor bbq and pool. Our only complaint was the trash from the previous guests was overflowing outside and it took three days to get someone to take care of it

We had to pay additionally for a heated pool and hot tub but it did not get warm till the end of the trip. Was told it would be preheated but it was not. Other issues but did receive help till last day and a half of trip. Did not list that there is a highchair in the home and renters need to bring own beach towels. Nice layout of home with plenty of bathrooms and nedrooms

Although my husband and I, and one of our grandsons, wound up not making the trip due to an emergency medical issue, my daughter and son-in-law were able to make it and the other grandson and his wife made it for 3 days. Im told they were very satisfied with it.

No WiFi, no hot water in "spa"

Loved the property, spacious and well decorated, beautiful rooms. The service is the problem. The manager is obviously not in the town, and kept saying he would tell the local staff, no one ever came. We rebooted the WiFi several times, and complained that it didn't work, they made no attempt to fix it. I contacted days before to make sure the water was heated in the "spa", just a round attachment to the pool. First said 72 hours notice needed, than after we got there said they need an entire week notice. It was never heated, and they refused to give us any money back for it not working.

Wonderful home.

We ended up bringing a few extra family members because we had to escape hurricane Helene‘s devastation in Asheville. The home was a wonderful respite for us. It was very spacious, clean and lovely. Thank you so much for easing our burden.

Cousin weekend getaway

Summer House is a beautiful property that is well equipped and convenient to the beach, bike path, dining and shopping. Parking is tight. 4 vehicles will fit if you are very creative. Really designed for 3 cars or fewer. Entry instructions from property manager were slightly confusing since there is a lockbox and a key code lock but we were finally able to get in. Trash compactor had not been emptied and was smelly but other than that the house was clean and comfortable. Charge to heat pool and hot tub was very high and 1 week notice required to have heat turned on. That was a disappointment. Overall, though it was a very nice weekend!

Short retreat for 13 managers

The house was just as it was listed. Great space for large groups. The living room was large enough for us to have our meetings, and the short walk to the beach was a great relaxing escape for everyone. One suggestion would be to have directions posted next to the thermostat because we never could figure that out and the house stayed very cool I am always confident when staying at a Vacasa property because I know that their response to any issues will be prompt

Things need fixed and had to spend vacation time waiting for repairs. Driveway too small for number of people who can stay. Arrived to full trash cans with 16 people arriving. Garbage was not removed til regular trash day even though we made requests for 3 days

Great house for a crowd!

Spacious, bright, well-appointed home that works great for a large family. Grandparents down to the littlest grands can be at home here! Comfy beds, comfy furniture, comfy spaces for all. Lovely outdoor spaces too! And an easy walk to a beautiful beach. Great house! Highly recommended!

Stayed off really bad. Could not get into the house with the code that was given. Ended up being the wrong code not only for the front door but also the back up kit in lockbox. Calling the number was no help just continued to give me wrong 10 digit codes for a front door lock that was 4 numbers. Finally after almost an hour standing outside Whine waiting for a local person to come. We walked to the backyard where we found a mess of broken beach equipment and beach toys thrown around the backyard. Clearly nothing was fine with backyard. The backyard shower area was filled with heaves and more damaged beach items that all just needed to be thrown away. The front door lock also has non working batteries so that delayed getting in as well. The pool was filled with leaves(lots of trees, so not unexpected to have some) but there was no skimmer to even clean it ourselves. Apparently the tenants before broke it. But we ended up not getting one to use until Friday was very poor service. The pool guy said he would drop one off Wednesday night but kept avoiding it until Friday afternoon. The local girl(forgot name) was apologetic and helpful but here support failed miserably. The house itself is great but as far as Vacasa, they are a mess and would never rent from them again. Not one person ever suggested some sort of remedy to the large fees we paid to them for the rental. Oh and another charge of $69 for late c/o but cleaner still cane at 10 am expecting us gone

I can't believe this awesome beach house was still available.

I can’t believe that we were able to book this awesome beach house so late in the year. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths for all 16 of us. We had a great time. Here are the pros and cons Pros It’s a really nice house to spend a week in. Plenty of space. Lots of bedrooms and beds and bathrooms Great price Easy walk to the beach. The house was clean. Being all on one level was very good for my parents We used the pool a lot. Tiki Bar was actually useful. Great grill in the tiki bar. Kitchen had plenty of room and almost everything we wanted. Internet access was good Cons The access code didn’t work. Luckily we were able to find alternate access on our own. Limited seating in the living room area and at the dining room table. The house sleeps 16. There really needs places for more people to sit comfortably in the living room and to eat together. Need more help with finding overnight off-site parking for extra cars. From other commenters, note that the living room furniture isn’t new. The furniture is suitable for a good week at the beach. It wasn’t a Con for us. It’s a beach house after all. The Pros far outweigh the Cons. When booking, it seemed like it might be too good to be true, but it turned out to be great.

Comfortable but disappointing

We had 4 small families stay, parking is a joke and they will give you parking tickets😳 how?? It sleeps 19 ppl and only 3 cars allowed??! The hot tub was broken and that was a huge disappointment for us, we reached out since we arrived and never had anyone contact us back, the pool boy happened to come and clean the next morning and he said every guest complains about the same thing, and "they" never fix it. Easy close walk to the beach. Not crowed like coligny was. Not a very well stocked kitchen.... never had enough silverware even tho we ran the dishwasher every night. Had a bunch of tools and paint cans stacked In the pantry. Not very safe for a rental that invited small children. Overall it wasn't as satisfactory to be honest because we were paying over $3,000 for just 2 nights and the property and management did not live up to the price or listing description. They still have not called us back after 8+ calls to them. Won't be renting from Vacasa again.

Wonderful beach house

3 blocks away from the beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood. TV’s everywhere!! This house had everything we needed for our mini vacation, everyone had a good time. Will be back again.

Property is definitely amazing! Very beautiful and spacious home. Really loved the neighborhood and everyone was very nice. The home was more than I expected. Home was very, very clean. Some of the reviews had me skeptical but everything was amazing! Thanks VASCA!
