It was a nice room; however, it was very expensive for what we received. There isn’t much to choose from for places to stay in Mora. We appreciated we had a place to sleep because it rained very hard that night!

The worst place i ever stayed in AC didn't work the Screen was torn open and there was bugs in the tub and mold in the bathroom just all right gross even the towels look like they haven't been washed.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful on the day we checked in...even came to the room to assist with understanding television function. One concern was inadequate access to functioning electrical outlets at the bedside table for TWO CPap/BiPap machines. We needed to use our own adapter to adapt the one which worked. The very low height of the toilet was also a problem we needed to adjust to. Any remodeling needs to take toilet height into consideration.

Tv didn’t work. Front desk tried everything to fix but husband was wanting to relax and watch tv. Mirror had full hand prints and sink was dirty. Staff… great.. cleanliness and detail poor. Was very disappointed as we drove a few hours and paid a decent amount for the room. We stay in alot of hotels and this one was sadly the dirtiest.

The front desk lost my ID. (They had the back door open and when the front door opened, it blew papers and everything behind the desk around) I asked if they would at least give me a discount, but wouldn’t. I asked multiple times and they never found it.
