The property’s location was very convenient, and most of the staff were friendly. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The area was extremely noisy due to the nearby hostels, with disturbances continuing until almost midnight. Our city-view king-size room had several issues—the mattress was broken and sagged on one side, the flooring was dirty, and the shower handle was broken. The worst part was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from the next room throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. We eventually had to call front desk to complaint to make it stop. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay and wouldn’t recommend this property.

All was good except for poor housekeeping - staff did not leave enough towels for two guests, no washcloths and no coffee supplies. Front desk was able to address the issue quickly after I contacted them and complained.

The staff in lobby area were always courteous, helpful and friendly. The room presented nice at first. After the first night we realized the noise on the street was terrible. We were on the floor. The tub drained terribly as you ended up standing in 3 inches of water by end. That tells me the maid did not clean after last patron. Was able to get maintenance to clear clog. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed. The maid service was suspect. We had it twice during it visit and both times the room was basically a to bed spread tidy. Floor not vacuumed. Shower soaps not filled. Soap actually ran out and we had to get maintenance to fill as maid didn’t and was gone by then.

Spirit of aloha at this property. Less than a block to the beach. Clean, modern, quiet, and no wait for elevators. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is no pool but not needed with the beach right there. Walk to everything from this wonderful hotel.

The staff was amazing at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. There was a small fridge and a coffee maker with tasty coffee and the soap, shampoo, etc smelled wonderful. There are ample beach towels to use and they have beach mats and snorkels you can borrow for the day, which was super convenient. There is ice water in the lobby and coffee in the mornings between 6 and 8am. They have valet parking with in and out privledges for $49 and the beach is 1/2 block away.
