Every fall, we visit Hood River for the Fruit Loop experience. This year, Grandma and Grandpa (70 and 76) joined us for our stay. Our family is two adults + two kids (6 and 7).
Our stay at Hull Street was lovely. The owner emailed check-in information a week early. First impressions - the property was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we'd hoped for. We felt safe in the neighborhood; kids and daddy went for daily walks. Conveniently located close to a grocery store, gas station, and park. It felt 5 minutes from everywhere.
Two adults slept downstairs, Grandparents slept upstairs, and two kids slept on pull-out sofa upstairs. There was a ton of storage! Closets in each bedroom, dressers, nice lamps, clean towels, comfy matresses, and a kitchen that left little to be desired. Having stayed at dozens of VRBOs, this was a 10/10 in terms of having "the little things" that help when you're visiting from out of town.
Kids' favorite elements: room under the stairs (so fun!), patio, Roku for Netflix.
Grandparents' favorite elements: big cozy beds, large screen TV to watch the Beavers kick Utah's butt, spacious fridge.
Grown-ups favorite elements: lots of dishes, stocked spice cabinet, washer/dryer, two car parking, room under the stairs for kids to play and claim as "fort."
Other things we appreciated: Strong wi-fi, blinds, bright lights, ice maker fridge, Bluetooth speaker.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a VRBO in HR! 10/10. Thanks!
