Definitely one of those places that looks better in the pictures than it did in person. Keep in mind, we are a family of 6 with four daughters ages 7 and down to 11 months.
Pros:
Wonderful spot, close the lake and the canal. Quiet neighborhood, with a well stocked kitchen (plates, pans, utensils and a high chair). Decent mattresses and nice TVs. Had a bin of toys for the girls to go through. Enjoyed the fire pit.
Cons:
Carpet was crunchy and think it was missing the pad underneath. Upstairs toilet barely worked, grill similarly was very rusty and must be manually lit on one side. Dishwasher never worked for us. Shower floor has a crack and is very soft, we were afraid to put too much pressure on it... Stairs are super steep so be careful with the little ones.
Overall: I would say this could be a really nice place with a little more investment and updating. I don't think we would plan to stay here again, but could be a nice place for older kids or just adults.
