The House did not come up to expectations ‼️
Back sliding door broken, ice maker didn’t work, TV not working properly, floor was filthy,
Back patio area not clean, bugs in home alive,Mattresses too soft, spa cover old and styrofoam in hot tub, No chairs on front porch, Guest bitten by spider, Noise from major highway right beside home ,made sleeping bad and outdoor area unable to rest and relax, had to work to make house habitable from beginning til leaving. Not able to rest from entering home.
Manager Michael did his best to fix door and provide ice and to make small compensation money wise for inconveniences but was not enough for what was expected from this property and staff not being readily available to fix major problems! I normally do not leave negative reviews like this but need to inform consumers of what they need to be aware of when renting this property with their hard earned money. Expedia was not willing to refund full compensation for all these inconveniences and will definitely not book through this 3 rd party site again when going on vacations! Sincerely disgruntled and unwilling to accept this type of service from Expedia !
