"Nous séjourné 2 nuits, nous avons été impressionné par le service des employés, la variété de nourriture au petit déjeuner et de la grandeur et propreté de la chambre. Je donnerais un 7 étoiles à cet hotel. "

"Quite disappointedwith service . I was expecting a lot from the Sheraton franchise but to be honest it was barely better tahn any other basic ahorel in el Barsha and we've been here many times. Firts when cheking in the girl at reception was upset and clearly manifested it when her boss instructed her to take care of us...it was 7 am and no one else was waiting...but somehow she was bothered to just do her job. Also i asked for a baby cot, it never came. I asked if possible to get a room with a bath, also no anwer..i asked about the kuds playground advertised in the hotelmpage, i was told it the magic planet in the mall ( at my own cost of course) and finally at check-out they messed up with the remaining charges. I would not come back here and aside from the mall proximity this hotel has not much better than most local hotels around where we experineced better service specially towards a family with a baby."
