Great Hotel grounds and Staff
"The Hotel is great. What made it so good for us was the Staff. Very friendly, helpful and always there to help. Amazing Team. Also the ground of the hotel is wonderful. Lots of green and trees, many places to relax and have a moment to yourself or enjoy the company of others. Very well done. The Rooms and Cabanas are spread out over the entire hotel grounds so it never feels cramped or crowded.
What could have improved: Perhaps a beach clean up every day would make it even better. The beach was not Dirty, but there was always a bit of litter on the beach and I believe this could be improved. Also thinking about the environment, the lights pointing to the trees could be turned off earlier at night. When visiting the restaurant, you need to know that it might take a while for your food to arrive, but once you know, you can arrange for it and it is not a problem anymore. Perhaps a further helper in the kitchen would solve this minor issue?"
