The staff had double booked my room and while I was asleep at 1am, a man came into the room. Both of us were extremely startled, of course. I was traveling solo for work and had an alarm at 4:30 to catch my flight. Needless to say, I didn’t go back to sleep. I was expecting to be met with apologies from the staff, but that was not the reality. I had to call the next day and wait 12 minutes to speak to a manager after they already knew the situation. The concierge was the most unfriendly and unhelpful I’ve experienced.

Hampton Inn on JFK Boulevard in Houston

Our stay was perfect! Clean room, comfortable bed, big tv, clean bathroom with plenty of towels and wash rags. The check in and out was quick and easy. The breakfast was very good with good choices. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend it!!!

Staff were rude and not helpful, despite booking the airport shuttle the driver was late and rude and didn’t assist with loading or unloading bags. Overall the hotel was very noisy, with minimal sound proofing. The housekeeping staff were very noising in the hallways each morning. and staff in general lacked any customer service with a general rude tone.
