This appears to be an older property that has been renovated. The room was clean, the bed was good. Really no complaints. The public places, hallways, just a little dated is all. Would stay there again.

They sold our room. We called on our way to Houston to ask a question and they said they were sold out when it was booked. I spoke to someone at the hotel 2 different times about our reservation and they confirmed it was there . I was charged by Expedia and I need to be reimbursed

Close to NRG center and arena. Free shuttle for pick up and drop off was convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Property could really use updating, double beds are quite small.

Unfortunately checkin did not go quickly. There was one party ahead of me and they were visiting amongst themselves, talking and checkin took at least 20 minutes. One person at the checkin counter. This person should have greeted me for a quick checkin and helped the other people more once I had been checked in. It was frustrating after a day of travel.

Although the hotel is nice for the price and staff are friendly, the parking lot is not secure. On our first night, someone broke the glass of our back passenger side door and broke into our vehicle. Fortunately, we don’t have anything worth stealing but we had to go to the gas station around the corner and buy duct tape at 6:30 in the morning when realized what happened to cover the window and get to MD Anderson after that in time for a full day of appointments for my husband’s cancer treatments. I no longer feel safe there so will have to find another place in a better area.
