Clean but small in every area! If you need a place to just lay your head to sleep, this place is it. The hallways are very small, two people cannot cross paths without the other moving out of the way. The price paid is equivalent to sister Hyatt Regency down the street, however there are fewer amenities. Valet parking is the only option for location.

Great location for anyone sending their child off at MEPS. Short, safe walk to MEPS. Employees are extremely friendly. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. The room was extremely spacious and clean.

Enjoyed it. Great room comfortable bed, great bar on 16th floor with amazing view of downtown. Came for the marathon and it was only a ten minute walk to start line, the convention center and Minute Maid Park.
