Property is nice. The pool, is well, just a pool. The pool is nothing fancy. The sidewalks around the lake are great. The breakfast is average. Staff is a bit rude, and generally not very helpful. We had issues with the door lock and key card. It took three days to get resolved. 🙄🙄🙄

Very quiet and pleasant sleep. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. However, considering this is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel, I can say that the staff need to work on cleanliness, particularly at hallways, ice machine areas, gym! The gym was dirty. Plan and simple. It is in need of a good deep cleaning, air vents, water dispenser, machines, mirrors… please!!!
