I was told different amounts that I was owed during my stay and had to apparently put 200 down upfront when I was told over the phone three times prior to coming to check in I would be charged a certain amount plus an additional charges For one night. I spend half my day dealing with pricing issues because I was told the wrong information so my daughters birthday weekend was pretty much wasted The manager assisted me in fixing this issue and only charged me the amount I was told online So I do appreciate him

The check in process was very good. The Agent was professional and friendly. The lobby was bright, clean and modern. The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, no musty odor anywhere, nothing broken, bed was comfortable and the daily housekeeping was a major source of satisfaction during our stay. This is our second time at the Westin Galleria and we will definitely return.

My stay was really good. Room was clean and nice. Room was a good size i had more than enough space. The only issue was getting to the hotel from the garage. The signage wasn't great so i walked through the mall trying to find the hotel entrance. I was lucky enough to find people i knew and they directed me to the hotel lobby.
