The hallway smelled musty, room floor was sticky, bathing towels had black curly hair, floor was dirty and dust bunnies everywhere. It served its purpose but won’t stay again. The staff was amazing though!

It was awful. Zero amenities. Each floor smelled funny. There was a different smell on each floor. No real instructions for how to check out before the front desk person comes in. ""Suspect" people look like they are living at the hotel. The 1 employee was very nice and respectful though.

The best part about this location is it’s centrally located to many food places. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell in the elevator and in the room. The couch was old and ripped and should be removed from room. There were other people that had dogs and smoked in the hallways of the hotel. I stayed for 6 days and would not recommend a stay here.

I did not stay!!!! I went there, waited for someone to come to the front desk to check me in and over 30 mins passed after speaking to someone over a phone outside of the lobby that said they were coming. She never came. I booked another hotel and left this one. Waiting on the manager to return my call as I want a refund! Full!

I didn't stay and I will tell y'all why I gave this rating. I booked the room because it was cited as a pet friendly location. I was escaping a house that had no a/c and a pet that was going for surgery the next day. She and I both needed a comfortable spot to sleep. I get turned away at the location because my pet is a cat. Nowhere on hotels.com indicated that cats were not allowed. I was told "it's on their website". I booked thru hotels.com, it is not my burden of responsibility to check your site, it is y'alls to make sure hotels.com has accurate information. Both myself and a rep from hotels.com attempted to get me a refund but the manager had no interest in doing so. The thing is, I've stayed at this location WITH my cat previously. They may not care that they lost a customer but for something that was most definitely out of MY CONTROL, I should be provided a refund. Thanks to hotels.com for trying, but no thank you to a property manager who has no concept of making things right.
