Disappointed

We’ve stayed at several hotels on our trip and I found the bed here to be very uncomfortable … and the pillows so-so. I awoke with a sore back - which I never do. Also the breakfast was disappointing - the eggs, bacon and pancakes were cold … Maybe the sterno was not working?? I think there are better options in town to stay.

Horrible! Bad service from reception Very warm room without ventilation Very noisy. Many trains are passing close the hotel, people talk very loud the from the parking. The room smell smoke due people smoke outside in the parking. The staff at restaurant are no service minded at all.

Foajen ger ett lyxigt men litet kitchigt intryck. Frukost helt ok, i bastun var det inte tillåtet med badkastning, så även om det var halvvarmt på överkroppen så var det svalt kring benen. Men bullret från gatan var överväldigande, men dånande bilstereor och stora V8'or. Så jag tvingades byta rum mitt i natten - eftersom jag hade jobb följande dag. Ersättningsrummet var uppenbart ett sådant, då det var i sämre skick. Och bytet skulle ha kett utan diskussion, eller komplikationer. Ovanstående drar ned betyget - potentiellt så kunde det här hotellet få toppbetyg, men det var inte min upplevelse. The foyer looked great, breakfast very good. The first room was extremely noisy as it faced the street. I had to change room since I had work - the following day, yes despite it being one weekend. This hotel could potentially get a top rating - but it was not quite my experience. It's still one of the best hotels in the area.
