Welcome to the stunning beachfront villa that has it all, located in the national park Pelegrin radiating abundant life. With views of the beautiful blue Adriatic only a few feet away, pine and palm tree around, complete privacy, balconies and terraces to enjoy the sunsets, exclusive access to the water, private pool, comfy and charming naturally shaded seating areas throughout, Villa Crystal Water gives you no choice but to enjoy it, and to enjoy family and friends you are sharing it with. With 350m2 of interior each guest is granted a corner of privacy to themselves. Bedrooms have access to balconies facing the sea insuring an incredible start to every day.The ground floor is composed of a bright sofa lounge and a kitchen ideal for large get-togethers with a dining table seating 14 and a built-in stone fireplace, all with access to a terrace providing further alfresco dining area with sea views. Bedrooms come with flatscreen TVs, with sea and garden views, each has a king size bed, three have their own ensuite bathroom.
In six bedrooms twelve adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Must visit Hvar Town is reached in 10 minutes by car or 2 minutes by water taxi.Although Hvar is most known for its spectacular beaches the Old Town is proof of its rich cultural history with 13th century walls and a hilltop fortress. The main square houses an impressive Renaissance Cathedral which can be admired from one of many cafés serving authentic, unpretentious yet true Dalmatian delicacy most likely incorporating in someway local olives and delicious regional wine. And even though Hvar has been on the tourist radar for quite some time attracting A-Listers from around the world it continues to be an example of undisturbed landscape and us living in harmony with nature.
