I booked a stay at the Shilo. H Inn and suites. They let me check-in at 7 AM. Early, they told me that if I checked in early, I would have to check out at 11 and come back at 3 with no costs. Because I already paid for the 17th to the 18th the next day I get a call from the front desk. Saying that all I have to do is come down there and check out and check back in. And then I was told when I got down there that I had to leave that my stay was from 7 AM to 11 AM since I checked in early And I can't get my money back

The breakfast that was included was not very good. There was no protein (such as bacon, sausage, etc). Our keys didn’t work in the closest entry door to our room and we had to park quite a ways from the main door.

We enjoyed our stay at Shilo Inn in Idaho Falls. It’s clean and quiet and much more homey than some of the ultra modern ones. The only thing I noticed is that the exterior and the parking lot have a lot of wear and tear, most likely due to the extreme weather in the area, but it detracts from the classic interior. Aside from that, it was comfortable, clean, and safe. Outstanding price also!

Clean towels?

The room was great, the only negative thing I had with my stay was the hand towels in the bathroom and by the sink were not clean and folded. It looks like they were used and tossed on the counter. The housekeeper name was "Dom" stated on the slip.

This property is a little outdated. You get what you pay for, right? BUT it was clean, the staff was friendly, the king bedroom was nicer than I expected (spacious, lots of mirrors, and had a balcony with a view of the river). I went in Feb 2025 and they were giving vouchers for a full breakfast at their restaurant (Redds Grill). It’s not the Marriott but overall, I was pleasantly surprised for the price and would definitely return. (:
