Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Everyone talked about how perfect the house was. Every single day. The space, the thoughtful layout and furnishings which allowed all of us to easily and comfortably hang out together, the comfortable beds, the finishes., the appliances, the bonus rooms. Everything was better than expected. And beautiful.

This house checked all of the boxes - location in heart of Incline, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, theater room (huge nightly hit with kids), a nice flat grass area and a kitchen that was just amazing. Master bath steam shower was special !

We had the BEST time at this property! Check in was easy and the house was amazing. Very well stocked with all the essentials, Sonos speakers in every room, extra pillows, and tons of room. Very clean. Would highly recommend!

Best Short-Term Rental I've Ever Stayed In

I'll start with the very few inconsistencies or lacking features because the rest was simply amazing. The description advertises 5 queen beds and 1 king bed when in fact there were 2 full beds, 1 queen, and 2 kings. I was with a group where everyone's coupled up. I'd rather have everyone be comfortable than a few be extra comfortable. Connecting your personal device to the provided Sonos system is extremely unclear. This can be solved easily by the owner providing clear instructions on which of the many Sono speakers guests should connect to. I was only able to connect to the Sonos speaker that's closest to the front door, which did not connect to the kitchen speakers making the music relatively quiet. This is coming from a user who has used Sonos many times. There were no clear descriptions of whether or not the house would come with shower toiletries. Not a major issue but was annoying when everyone showed up expecting the house to provide these. Our group has stayed in more than 50+ short-term rentals, and this was the first time a property did not provide shampoos. For a property at this price, we expected this to be an obvious amenity. Alright. About the house. The moment you step foot inside, your jaws will drop. Everything is incredibly clean and of high quality. The ceiling is extremely high, giving the house a larger, airier feel. Would book again 10/10 times.

5 Star ⭐ vacation!

Our family had an amazing ski week with our adult kids, their spouses and other family members. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. Minutes to the market, slopes and yummy restaurants. The hot tub was a huge hit after a full day on the mountain. Sue the property manager is an MVP and super easy to work with. Our family will definitely be staying at this beautiful Tahoe retreat again.

Amazing property!!

We had an absolutely incredible time during our stay here. The house has everything you could ask for and then some. I highly recommend the massage chair ;) Also, for you coffee lovers, the Breville espresso machine there is top-notch (don't forget to bring beans). Even got a little snow while we were there, which made things even more magical :)

AC on one level only

Beautiful house. Plenty of space. Biggest complaint is that there is only AC on the top level, so 5 of the 6 bedrooms were uncomfortably warm the entire stay. The lock box code we were given for check in did not work, although the property manager had that corrected within 30 minutes. The house has Sonos but nobody was able to connect to it as it was set up for a specific user and needed their login info. We knew going in we were close to a major road but the road noise was much louder than expected. Overall, not enough pros to outweigh the cons for our group, especially for the amount of money we spent.

Amazing Property for Multiple Families

We plan an annual trip to Tahoe with three couples all with kids. The house was perfect for us. With multiple levels there was plenty of room to spread out. An office area for people to work as needed, two separate and well appointed living rooms and a theatre made sure everyone could relax and unwind however they chose. Kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed and the separate "casita" area (attached and accessible to the home) was the perfect spot to put the kids who are early risers so they could play in the attached family room. Great stay, exactly as advertised and we would 100% rent this home again!

Gorgeous huge house, high-end amenities, excellent getaway place to relax!

Perfect place to get together with a dozen family and friends, relax, have plenty of room for everyone to gather together or divide up in multiple different common areas. Details below. This house has three levels, modern gorgeous kitchen with stocked up cabinets, living room and beautiful master on the top floor, 4 bedrooms, an office, and a central study of sorts with a fireplace to have another place to gather, and on the bottom floor you have the last bedroom, a game room, and a theater area. While the master bedrooms is beautiful, there is another bedroom on the middle floor that is under it that while smaller, benefits from sounds of the running stream and less road noise, and feels even nicer than the master bedroom in some ways (peaceful!). While you can't hear anything from floors below, you can hear everything from the floor above in the mornings, so assign rooms accordingly. The decks are fantastic to go lounge on. Sunny on the top floor, more secluded, quiet, and shaded on the second floor. The back of the house and all the decks/openings face the lake. You are however separated from the lake by the main road which is immediately behind the house, and a row of lakefront homes. Alas while you are very close to the lake and high enough to easily see over the row of lakefront properties, you can barely see the lake and only from the top floor, due to lots of tall trees. There is also no lake access anywhere walking distance that we found. But a few minutes of a drive gets you some breathtaking public lakefront areas. The jacuzzi was bigger than expected and clean, and the firepit was perfect. It gets pretty chilly there though at nights so I'd bring stuff to bundle up if you plan on spending evenings on the decks or even by the fire. All the shades are automated with remotes, several bathrooms are fully computerized, sense you walking in, seat warmers, cleaners, etc, kitchen appliances are all excellent, the garage is immaculate, etc.

Beautiful home

Home is immaculate. Loved everything about the stay. In fact, I was worried the pictures wouldn’t live up to what was being advertised, but I was wrong in a good way. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend booking.
