There is no proper room service and customer service, waited more than 2 hrs for check in, My cell phone wqs disappeared from my room whichnwas kept for charging wnd upon complaining the phone was returned to the room, it was identified one person went inside the room when we went for breakfast. Then manager promised room. Service will be done only in our presence but never recieved a room service. Totally disappointed.

Friendly people at the restaurant for breakfast. We arrived really late but the front desk agent didn't seem to show much enthusiasm or interest in helping with accommodating another person with 2 people. Otherwise everything else was good.

The property needs a lot of maintenence... it is currently a 2 star property, rules are ridiculous for foreign visitors. Wi fi in hotel sucks. It is not very clean. Manager Gulzar was very helpful, but rest of the staff was alright. Room keys don't work most of the time. The water was very dirty in the tub. Do not stay at this property if you have high expectations or if you are an international visitor.
