We enjoyed our stay overall, the house is a cheaply renovated older building that you expect for something rented out regularly. The living area and bedrooms are nice for a short time to spend in Indy. The exposed brick and high ceilings are beautiful.
However, the downtown area can be loud at night and there is little sound insulation from the street noise if you go to bed before 1am. The bed space is overestimated at 15 people unless you are comfortable sleeping on the couches and floor. Each queen bed sleeps 2, leaving space for 12, not sure where else 3 people could sleep but two on the couch and one on the floor. You also need to ask for additional towels and be specific with numbers for these owners as they only provide the bare minimum.
