Those ladies at the front desk are Amazing! Helped with restaurants and transportation to our entertainment that evening. Everyone was nice and helpful from holding doors open to helping with luggage. Best place I’ve stayed in Indianapolis.

Friendly staff and CLEAN hotel!

I travel monthly for work and have stayed in countless hotels. Ironworks Hotel exceeded every expectation I had! First, it was so CLEAN. I inspect every hotel room I stay in and can say this is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff including front desk, cleaning, valets, and Provision staff, were all super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was large and the bathroom was also a great size. Each room is stocked with a full mini bar and snacks, something you don't see often anymore and it was appreciated. The hotel is also in a great plaza with lots of restaurants, and it's conveniently located right off a highway which makes traveling easier. Parking was free too which was very nice. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Ironworks and if I'm ever back in Indianapolis I would stay here again and recommend it to friends as well.
