I will definitely book this hotel for future needs. It was quiet considering how close it is to the airport and multiple events going on in the conference areas. Having a restaurant inside is a great option if you don’t feel like leaving. John was such a great help when I got there at getting me checked in early. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would definitely come back here next time I drive to see family. The price was great, the room smelled amazing when I walked in, the room and bathroom were super clean and the bed was very comfortable! They also have a Starbucks and restaurant onsite which is very convenient.

Why I chose to stay there was for price, airport shuttle, and having onsite restaurant. A few things that disappointed me:the room was cold, I checked in at 4:30pm and set the heat to 74° but it took hours just to get the room warmer at 10pm it was just 70°, when I checked out at 6:30am it the temp had gotten to 73°. In the restaurant there were only a couple of staff, so there was a delay in getting checked on during my meal. The soup was lukewarm and I had ordered a cup but was charged for a bowl. The rooms are dark, need more or brighter lights for us old folks.

I mentioned to front desk about not shoveling sidewalk and her response was "not my dept", only 1 elevator was working and i got stuck in it for several minutes, wont deleiver food to room, room temp took all weekend to go from 64 to 70. I will never stay there again!
