Our room was so hot and only way to cool it down was to open windows. The vents only pushed hot air. Absolutely horrible bartender on Thursday night. Degrading and terrible attitude to anyone wishing to order. It was busy and he was just plain mean.

Checked into out first room and the bathtub facet was broken and laying in the bathtub. Went to the front desk and waited 30 minutes to get another room. Had to call the front desk to have them turn off the heat. stuck on 78 and they had to send maintenance to change the vents around to let cool air in the room. Breakfeast the waffles were frozen. I have stayed in many Embassy Suites and was so disappointed in this one. What a terrible stay.
