Perfect couples getaway
My husband and I spent a long weekend here and it was absolutely perfect. The house was roomy and space efficient. It was clean and exactly what we expected. If we come back to Kentucky, we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent cabin!!!!
This cabin was not our initial first pick but we ended up deciding on it due to issues with our other option. And we were so glad that we ended up here!! The cabin is more than what 2 people need but it was not overwhelming and very inviting! Take a look at a map and find the cabin according to the WRITTEN directions, it was very easy to find. We had everything we needed and more. The wood stove was very cozy and the blackstone was exceptional for our breakfasts!! The A/C units are tricky to figure out but once you get the hang of it they aren’t a problem. We will definitely be back to this cabin for a couples weekend and with our family! We recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a private place to stay near the gorge.

Very nice, and neat, and roomy cabin.
We really enjoyed the tranquility of the cabin site. We all enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Myself, my husband and his sister and her husband enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the cabin. My husband and our bother-in-law enjoyed taking walks on the drive-way. They were getting in their steps count. The host has equipted the place with a good supply of nessities, some of them we made use of. The only thing that was a bit of a problem, was the directions that started with -finding the gas station, Gas Time. You need to add the name of the route it sits on. We did finally get there, and it did not ruin the trip. Thank you for a lovely time.

Squatch Hollow is the perfect little cabin for a relaxing retreat! The cabin is cozy and the screened back porch was amazing for drinking coffee, reading a book, and enjoying the weather. We would highly recommend!

It was a lovely property and location! Nice and quiet while we were there. Very clean, very organized. Because of storms in the area it made power and water not fully dependable but the owners were on top of trying to get things up and running for us. Overall it was a great stay!

We came from Wisconsin to Kentucky for a family getaway and to celebrate my husband's birthday and his love of bourbon. The cabin exceeded our expectations. A beautiful place both inside and out! We loved the location and we loved taking the Sky Lift up to the natural bridge which was so close! We loved the Burger Barn in town- such friendly people and great food. Our stay was perfect we plan to come again!

Beautiful property, definitely a secluded place. The only negative issue I had was that the property wasn’t ready by check in. We got there at almost 5pm and the property wasn’t ready to stay in even though online it says 4pm check in. It wasn’t a big deal, we still loved the cabin and had a nice and relaxing weekend! Definitely would stay there again! :)

Everything went well with our stay here! We asked to check in a little early because we had finished at the Natural Bridge park and were hot and dirty. The property contact got my message quickly and replied allowing us to check in early. Everything was very clean. The decor was cute and tasteful. We loved the squash theme. Perfect little get away. Very secluded. Great directions were given by the property owner. It is about a 30-40 minute drive to the Natural Bridge park.

All Mom's Trip
To say the stay was amazing is an understatement. The cabin was adorable with everything we could need. The beds slept comfortable and it was well stocked. Follow the instructions that they give you and not the gps. It is accessible without 4WD. Secluded without being far from town. A few cute hometown restaurants in the area. Was a relaxing retreat and we would definitely visit again!!

The pictures online don’t do this place justice, it’s tucked back in the woods and right along a little creek- there were places on the property to explore and walk around and the hour drive from here to Red River Gorge was beautiful and scenic. It ended up raining a lot of the time we were here as well but that didn’t stop us from having a good time and sitting out on either covered porch to enjoy the rain. Would recommend!
