Clean, friendly, helpful. This place is walking distance from the beach and surrounded by places to eat hangout and enjoy. Loved it.

The room was dirty, including the bedsheets and the floors. The window in the bathroom open up to an area where people were preparing food and the walls were way too thin. Quarto sujo, banheiro sujo, tampa da privada quebrada.

Cuidado com a eletricidade

A estadia foi okay, mas quando coloquei meu celular pra carregar levei um choque enorme, queimou a tomada e meu carregador e ainda quase me machuquei. Comuniquei a recepção e ela disse que iria contatar o gerente e nada foi retornado até agora. O hotel ficou de cobrir com os gastos do carregador e até agora nada, nem um pedido de desculpa ou explicação, Cuidado com q eletricidade desse hotel. Não ficarei nunca mais. Não recomendo.

Se vc quiser passar contrariedade o lugar é este.

No anúncio fala em estacionamento disponível. Chegando no checkin fomos informados por duas colaboradoras, grosseiras, que não havia vagas disponíveis. Mas, que haveriam estacionamentos “conveniados” só no nome, pois, vc paga. Iríamos deixar o hotel e procurar outro, o Gerente de prenome Cristian, salvo engano, veio nos atender e perguntou se eu desejava arriscar estacionar o veículo no estacionamento do hotel. Disse que sim. Surpresa ! Várias vagas no estacionamento do hotel e estavam querendo obrigar a colocar o veículo em outro estacionamento. Paguei pelo uso do estacionamento do hotel. As duas colaboradoras, demonstrando total falta de profissionalismo, sequer nos cumprimentaram mais. Ponto positivo é a proximidade do local com a praia. Somente.

CAFE DA MANHAN SIMPLES POREM MUITO BOM Nada a reclamar negativo- estacionamento mesmo pago não tinha vaga de jeito nenhum so va se for sem carro..... elevadores com pouca capacidade e sempre tinha um quebrado conexão wifi muito ruim EU VOLTARIA POREM SEM CARRO POIS FOI MUITO STRESS MESMO A GALERA FAZENDO CHEKOUT NÃO SURGIA VAGA.

Localização no calçadão

Localização para quem está a pé é o ponto forte desse hotel. Ele fica em um calçadão bem no centro, perto de tudo. Para quem vai de carro é um pouco chato por ficar em calçadão, estacionamento fica a umas 2 quadras do hotel. O hotel é bem barulhento, os quartos são nem simples, banheiro apertado no local de banho e pia muito pequena sem apoio para colocar pertences, ar condicionado muito barulhento também. Hotel é mais velho, café da manhã básico mas atende as necessidades. Para quem quer localização e preço ta ok!

Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Tem muito barulho nos quartos deveria ter uma acústica melhor, muitos gritando no corredor , tivemos que ligar na recepção e reclamar. Tivemos um.
