Excelente opção para quem vai ao Beto Carrero

Uma excelente opção para quem vai ao Beto Carrero. O Hotel fica literalmente na frente do parque e além de dar para ir a pé, o hotel oferece o serviço de transfer, o qual utilizamos. A alimentação no hotel é outro show a parte e, por fim, a piscina externa aquecida e a sauna são ótimos complementos para a recuperação física após um longo dia de parque

Estadia excelente.

Fomos em 2 adultos e 2 crianças menores de 12 anos. Ficamos bem acomodados no quarto que era amplo e confortável. O hotel tem uma boa estrutura para recreação de crianças nessa faixa etária, além de terem colocado recreadores animados e gentis no mês de janeiro/25. O Transfer gratuito para o Parque de Beto Carrero foi um diferencial.

A estadia foi excelente, o hotel super nos atendeu, comida muito boa, só 2 detalhes não funcionaram bem o telefone do quarto para comunicação com a recepção estava mudo qdo cheguei, chamei a manutenção porém continuou do mesmo jeito e também o sinal da tv precário.

Incrível! Hotel novo, quatro amplo e limpo. Funcionários educados. Da janela do quarto era possível ver o parque. Refeições saborosas e variadas Era aniversário da minha filha e o hotel disponibilizou um pequeno bolo e também a parabenizaram.

Maravilhoso

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Solar da Pedra e foi tudo maravilhoso. Destaque especial a equipe de Recepção (Joeldson) e as tias e tios da recreação. Meus filhos adoraram as atividades. Outro ponto de destaque ficou por conta da cozinha. O buffet do jantar estava impecável.

Considero e estadia razoável, o custo x benefício deixa a desejar. Logo no check in já tive um contratempo. O quarto da minha filha estava com um cheio horrível, borrifaram um produto e de nada adiantou. Reclamamos novamente e trocaram de apto. O jantar na primeira noite deixou muito a desejar, comida sem sal e sem tempero. Na segunda noite o cardápio já estava melhor. A recreacionista muito fraquinha, minha filha sequer permaneceu com as crianças. No check out infomaram que eu eu havia consumido um chocolate especial, o que não ocorreu. Enfim, minha expectativa era de uma experiência muito superior. O único ponto positivo é a proximidade ao parque, fora isso o hotel é mediano.
