Our stay was absolutely phenomenal. We hosted a family reunion with a group of 24 and everyone had a delightful time. The kids especially loved the ping-pong table, the private hot tub, and the easy access to the community pool. It was very convenient to have a Harmon‘s grocery store 0.5 miles away and close proximity to Snow Canyon. We’re incredibly grateful to John for making a few extra accommodations for us - it made the experience even better. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend this property.

Everything about our experience was fantastic. John was great to work with - he made sure we had all the info we needed and responded quickly to questions. The home was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the huge, comfortable couch and big dining table - which made it easy for our whole family to relax together, eat together and play games. The pool (hot tub, lazy river and slides) were a hit with all ages. The views are incredible and location is close to lots of outdoor adventure spots. We are looking forward to our next stay!

We had a great time staying at Sun-Kissed. We had multiple families stay for a total of 21 adults and kids and had plenty of space for us all. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with all the essentials appliances and utensils. They even have a turkey toaster! We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean.The living room is HUGE and comfortably sat all of us each night as we gathered.The amenities of the resort were fabulous! The kids enjoyed the pools and the house location was just a short walk away from either pool.The bikes and scooters were a hit with the kids to play with outside. And of course they loved the Xbox game console as well.Communicating with the host was very easy, and the response time was quick. The host was great to answer all of our questions and to offer any help if we needed! Overall we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend staying there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sun-kissed in Paradise. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked for all our needs.Location: Perfectly situated near local restaurants, and shops. In a beautiful, kept neighborhood, but still felt private and peaceful.‱ Comfort: The beds were comfortable, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting for a large group. We especially loved gathering at the huge dining table to socialize and play games.‱ Amenities: Everything we needed was provided—well‑equipped kitchen, fast Wi‑Fi, and even little extras like board games and beach towels.‱ Host: Communication was seamless. John was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This property truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We love the location!

This is my 5th family stay at Paradise Village. We really like the location of this home by the pool.Everything in the home was clean and well kept.Drawers labeled nicely. Kitchen nicely stocked, with good knives, utensils, crock pot, 2 electric skillets, blender, hand mixer. The Bunk beds were really quiet. Extra trash cans for outside!! John, our host, did an amazing job of communicating from the time I booked. He is great at answering questions timely with various items we would need, and following up after arrival to be sure everything was as planned. All these things are important to a group of our size (24)

This house was incredible!

We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, but this one takes the cake. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location. The house had everything we needed, and more. We brought extra supplies like a griddle and crockpot (because most places fall short in kitchen amenities), but this kitchen was fully stocked, organized, and everything was labeled and clean. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the home made our vacation absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful family vacation

My husband and I with our 6 kids met my brother and his wife with their 5 kids. Everything was perfectly clean and very well stocked. The pool is right behind the property but you do have to walk around the corner to get to it which was not a problem at all for us. There is a handy wagon to use to bring all your stuff to the pool. Definitely recommend staying here and we would for sure stay again. 10/10!

Family getaway

Our stay at Sun-kissed was such a great experience! The host was very responsive, the home was very clean and well maintained, really comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed, nice big kitchen, family room and dining table that easily fit everyone, loved the walk in showers in the 3 master bedrooms, and such a beautiful location not far from St. George but away from the busyness of St. George. Pools were awesome as well - wish we had more time to stay and will definitely be back to Sun-kissed in the future!

Family Fun for Everyone

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There were 4 separate families, 3 with children. The home is spacious with each couple having access to their own private bathroom. The kitchen/dining/great room was incredibly spacious and made family meals enjoyable and easy to prepare, serve and eat together. The property has access to several pickleball courts, and 2 different swimming pool areas. We spent most of the day time at the pools or pickleball courts. In the evenings, we enjoyed sitting on the back deck or enjoying the hot tub. The host was very accessible and responded within minutes to any inquiries we had. Love this home and being able to spend quality and quantity time together in beautiful Southern Utah!

Family reunion in the sun

We loved that there were beds for all of us. One adult had to use one of the bunks which was a little hard. We had fun playing games, watching movies with yummy popcorn & an epic water balloon fight. The pool was great fun with the lazy river & slides. My kids & grandkids had fun throwing balls at the pool. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need or want to prepare food. Everyone had a great time.

Paradise Village

Property worked well for our group. Right next to the pool. Had everything we needed. Only complaint (that doesnt have to do with the rental) is that the pool wasn't really being monitored at all so wild teenagers were running in and out of it and taking chairs to go down the slides with. My sister in law was the only adult in the whole waterpark/pool area and kids were just running around like crazy.

This property was amazing! Lots of space for our entire family which ranged from grandparents to grandchildren. We loved the space, the accommodations, and the location. Check in was seamless. The amenities such as bikes, sports equipment, strollers, cribs, etc. were great to use. We would absolutely choose this place again.

You have landed on the perfect house for your stay in the St. George area. Besides having all the usual amenities, the garage is filled with all your recreational equipment needs. The kitchen is probably more complete than yours. We stay here every year with eight elderly women for our annual softball tournament. This is the VRBO house you dreamed of.

Perfect Location!

We loved staying at Paradise Village! Sun-kissed was the perfect property. The house was spacious, clean and came with a lot of extras! We loved having access to a stroller and water toys. Super close to a grocery store and good restaurants. Owner was easy to contact and super helpful. We would stay here again! Thank you!!!
