I arrived late on a stormy night in winter and my reservation through a third party app was a bit messed up. They got it sorted out quickly and I was able to get some much needed rest.

Horrible experience with jerk staff at front desk. He shouldn’t be in customer services. I’ve stayed there numerous times and this was the worst experience in 40 years of travel

The staff were all great except the day front desk guy. He needs to stop playing on his phone and engage with the customers. The breakfast was running low on items and our friend mentioned it to the front desk guy. He barely looked up from his phone and replied, “yeah, the other staff’s got it.” Maybe get up and help her…. Except this dude was white and all the other staff are Hispanic females. Surprise surprise…. Otherwise overall this is a great hotel. Clean, good breakfast and nice hot tub pool area. Would still highly recommend it.
