Love this place!
This place is absolutely wonderful. The beautiful view and ability to walk straight out to the beach is just one of the reason I would want to stay here whenever I am in the area. The apartment is extremely clean, has beautiful decor, and is very quiet, not to mention one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Donna is the ultimate hostess, making sure your stay is worry free. The multiple amenities and extras Donna provides eliminates those frequent trips to the store to get those small things needed when traveling. We hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic Condo
It was a fantastic stay, amenities left nothing out that made it a wonderful place to stay. Just ten steps to the walkway down to the beach. The owner provided us with plenty of restaurant selections. Our favorite was Aunt Kate’s. Ten minutes to a Publix and stores. Overall rating should be a 10.

Ocean Front Retreat
Approaching this oasis, we were greeted by a premium parking space that was closest to the entrance of this amazing property. Entering the living room, we found smart furniture and a 65" TV. Which we enjoyed winding down in the evenings. The king size bed was so comfortable with luxious sheets. (We plan to purchase the same brand for our home.). We noticed how a solid night sleep enhanced our experience. The full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. By the way, there are shops and restaurants near by. We enjoyed sitting in the adirondack chairs drinking coffee on the lenai while watching vividly colorful sunrises. Just through the glass doors from the lenai, we enjoyed access to a private beach. The ocean sounds and breeze made walks on the sand extremely peaceful. The host was easily accessible and responsive. WELL RECOMMENDED!

Perfection
I cannot say enough about this property. From the booking to the check out - everything was perfect. Donna was quick to supply any and all information needed to make our stay perfect. When we arrived, the unit was clean and neat and everything was just as described. We immediately put our things down that we bought and walked out to the back porch (although I am not sure you could call it that - it was just an extension of the living area) and sat in the chairs and admired the view which was perfect. The first night, we were able to watch the moon rise and we got up early each morning to watch the sunrise. The weather was wonderful - not too hot and not too cold - just perfect. It was almost like we were on a private beach. We had stopped by Publix on the way because, we knew when we got here we would not want to leave so I cannot recommend any eateries. This was a trip for our 38th wedding anniversary - not a "monumental" year but since I am currently being treated for stage 4 breast cancer that is now in my lungs (I went through all the treatment 6 years ago for stage 1 breast cancer and was declared cancer free but it came back one year ago in my lungs), I did not want to waste the celebration. Little bit of downer there but it was the perfect place to be to celebrate an occasion that was special. Thank you Donna for allowing us to enjoy your perfect place. I hope we can come back one day.

Great 3 day stay
We lived in Ponte Vedra Beach for over 20 years and go back a couple times a year to visit friends. We always stay in a condo on the beach in the same area as this one. However, this was our first stay at this particular condo. It was excellent! Very clean, well kept, perfectly furnished and Donna has equipped the unit with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and there are even beach chairs and umbrellas available. Our only difficulty was with the electronic keyboard to enter the unit. I've used those things many times and never encountered one as confusing and loud as that one when it opens. Once you figure out the system, it's pretty easy to use but not intuitive at all. Be patient when you first get there! I used a few words I'm not proud of. Regardless, I would highly recommend this unit and we will certainly be booking it on a future trip.

A wonderful stay at this beautiful condo located on the Oceanside. Amazing sunrises and a beautiful beach for our early morning walks. Spent every evening sitting in the lanai enjoying the sound of the surf looking out at the ocean while enjoying a glass of wine. Highly recommended!!

Everything was wonderful!! Loved the location. The only issues we had was the hallway as getting repainted, new carpet so alot of dust was brought into the condo. And a ceiling fan would have been helpful in the bedroom as it was hotter than the rest of the condo. BUt overall, a wonderful experience.

This property is perfectly located. Literally 9-10 steps from your sliding glass door to a pier that puts you on the beach. Shopping and great dining nearby. Donna is a superb host who only wants to make sure her guests are happy and well taken care of. The condo is comfortable and nicely maintained. A comfortable king bed is a huge plus! We loved it!

This is a lovely location right on the beach. The host makes check-in and check-out super easy, and she quickly responds to messages. The patio is lovely with a ceiling fan and glass doors that slide open with screens so you can enjoy the ocean both covered or on the sand. It has easy access to the beach. We struggled not having a ceiling fan in the bedroom because we are used to having it on, but the temperature is perfect so you don’t need it to stay cool. We will stay here again in the future, but will bring a power strip to make plugging in all our electronics easier. But overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the amazing location.

Last minute getaway...
My husband and I enjoyed our stay, especially being right on the water in just a few steps. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and we took advantage of the kitchen too! Everything was just as described and the check in process was seamless. I love the privacy of this place where it seemed like a home away from home. The back porch is amazing and offers the best views, our weather was perfect and the water was beautiful.
