What you said was available in this room was no. Didn’t really need it, but was suppose to have hearing assist and it did not. This room was also suppose to have a roll-in shower and did not; it was a walk-in shower. If my husband had needed to use his wheelchair, we’d have had a real problem. I feel like I paid for these amenities, but didn’t get them. The motel required me to pay $40 in case I bought a soda or something else, and now I have to wait 8-10 business days to get it back. I don’t appreciate having to pay for something I didn’t intend to buy.

Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The entire facility was very well maintained and clean, the room was very clean and well maintained also. The beds were comfortable. The heating system was quiet and we had a very restful sleep.

It was nice, just no trash bags also I paid my hotel room through Expedia and I got to check in and they were talking about an extra 60 just in case anything is damaged in the hotel. And I said okay then I tapped and I got charged 390 from my bank which I told the lady I paid my hotel room already and supposedly it was refunded back to my card but I haven't gotten it back.
