Beautiful Beach, Disappointing Rental
We were disappointed that the Turtle Dunes pool was closed for repairs for the entirety of our stay. Then, the master bedroom ceiling leaked buckets of water for 2 days. Stains on the carpet, and broken lamp shades gave the unit a less than clean feeling overall.

Peaceful Condo with Stunning View
We are a family of five (kids ages 5-9) and this condo was absolutely perfect. The view off the balcony is gorgeous. The convenience to getting to the beach is so nice. No long walks or steps. Multiple TVs with no issues getting any streaming service. Also being in the Omni development with the restaurants, minature golf, etc is so convenient too. Everyone in our family was very happy.

Beutiful area but dated condo
The condo itself was as clean as one could make ut, given it dated appointments. DW was very loud; dryer squealed perhaps due to a slipping beltt; mbr bathroom was tired with rusting bath drain and moldy shower curtain;2nd bath toilet "rocked; cleaning crews kept the tired condo and the building itself very neat and tidy, however. Dedinitly would not rent again but other buildings surrounding it looked newer.

Lovely quiet spot
We had a great stay at this property. The view from the bedroom and the balcony is incredible. And it’s an easy trip to the beach. The property grounds are meticulous and the beach is very quiet. The condo is fairly small but cute and well maintained. The only complaint we had was that the hot water heater is incredibly small and we couldn’t run a bath for our daughter. But the property managers were very responsive.

Love Amelia and the Plantation
Very nice condo unit in the lovely Amelia Island Plantation. Loved having provision of beach chairs and beach cart in the condo. My only suggestion would be installing a curtain in the living room with the sliding glass doors — no curtain made for very bright mornings with sun in the eyes. Overall would stay here again.

The unit was fine. We did not enjoy the high top table and chairs on balcony. It was very uncomfortable. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. The listing stated we would have access to a gym/weight room, but we did not. This was misleading. The area was very nice and certainly enjoyed our stay in Amelia, but we will not rent this unit again.

Contacted mgt regarding stain on bedroom carpet and living room chair upon arrival. Major noise issue for two days (during the day) with demolition regarding tile/carpet being removed from the condo below the unit we stayed in. Otherwise, great location for our needs.

Comfy stay just steps from the beach. The pull-out trundle bed worked great for our three kids. Nice to have beach chairs included. Kitchen well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay.

Super location that we have stayed in the same building at least a dozen times over the years. This condo was one I thought we had been in before but was incorrect. I have certain expectations that go with location and pricing. Little things like old balcony furniture (with a busted seat in one chair) that was rusty, the door off the hinges in the washer/dryer closet, shower fixtures in the main bathroom that were very loose and I had to fix them the first day I showered and furnishings that had seen their better days. I think the kitchen was stocked well with all the amenities you might need, comfortable mattresses, great view made it enjoyable but it's time to consider a new sofa with nicer chairs to match. Yes, I would go back but with milder expectations considering the property and location. It's rare that I ever complain but I had my family there and we left a day early because I had higher expectations.

Great place, just a couple things….
First let me say that this was a great place for a short stay at the beach. Balcony overlooking the ocean, short walk to the beach and pool, really everything you need. There were just a couple of things that could use some attention, and I’m hoping this is constructive criticism. The water heater is so small that you can’t fill up a normal sized bath without the water going cold on you. Maybe that’s the norm in condos like this, but I found that surprising. I thought the water heater was leaking the first night we were there and communicated with the vacation team the next morning (which was a Saturday) and they were super fast in getting back to me and getting someone to come check the unit shortly after. Turns out no leaks, it was just condensation from the AC unit above it. The spigot and shower head in the main shower are not anchored down behind the wall. When you pull the knob to turn on the shower head, the whole unit moves behind the wall. I just think that’s a disastrous leak waiting to happen and just wanted to bring that to the attention of the owner or staff. The kitchen sink disposal doesn’t work. Hopefully that’s an easy fix. I know that it’s probably hurricane grade material, but the main sliding door leading from the living room to the balcony is so heavy it’s nearly impossible to open. We used the door in the main bedroom to access the balcony. Maybe could use some new bearings? Overall good stay, just some things that need attention.
