Holiday vacation
We stayed over Christmas and had 8 people in our party. It was very comfortable, great for big dinners and the outside patio was really nice as well. Conveniently located, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped.

Family Reunion 2024
This property is beautiful, spacious and fun for all ages12-83 in our family group. Privacy yet excellent beach access and close to many restaurants. The management company was attentive and easy to work with throughout the process. We had no serious issues and made suggestions to enhance the experience for foodies and chefs! We would definitely recommend 3280 and may even return ourselve!

This home was amazing! The property managers were great! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The house is stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. There are even beach chairs and pool toys. Couldn't ask for better communication with the property managers. Wesley was on top of it!

Luxury home is perfect
This property was perfect for our extended family. The pool can be observed from almost the entire living/dining area and the submerged ledges within the pool are perfect for toddlers as well as sunbathers. All of the pool area doors fold open if you wish to expand the experience of togetherness. The kitchen and island are massive and well equipped with 2 dishwashers, large stove, extra wide fridge and freezer, as well as 2 beverage coolers built in! The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers, so no one is kept waiting on their load. Three bedrooms are located downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The two bedrooms upstairs share a balcony which is street-facing and great for slow morning wake-ups. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are the only places with carpet. (The entire downstairs is marble tile flooring!) Each bedroom in the house has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is quite the luxury experience with a sitting area that opens up to view the pool area. To say that this bedroom is spacious is quite an understatement and even more of an understatement for the master bath, equipped with a claw foot bathtub and television. The lighting and layout are quite stunning; we had to invite all the guests in for a tour! The master shower (luxurious)is basically a wet room with a built-in tiled bench. This property was the Blue Marlin Court cottages for decades where we vacationed for years in the ‘60s and ‘70s. For us to bring my 87-year-old mother for a grand return brought tears.

Company meetings
6 people enjoyed the house during a corporate meeting hosted by the Omni. The house was a terrific spot to stay off site and have daily meetings with our customers and enjoy a private venue with excellent view. Customers loved the quiet location and great views.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property and look forward to coming back next year. We had 9 adults and never felt crowded or on top of each other. Being on the ocean was a bonus with a beautiful house. Lori was great to work with. Thumbs up to all!

Family get together. 10 adults, 3 kids.. The property accommodated everyone from 91 great grandpap with a walker to a 9 month old just starting to crawl. Well equipped kitchen. Great space. Easy beach access. Lots of sharks teeth in the sand.

Our stay was for our daughter’s 17th bday, joined by 10 of her friends plus sister and my wife and I. Plenty of room for all, place is set up very nicely for fun and practicality for a large group. Heated pool was solid and heat needed bc chilly weekend. (Don’t necessarily agree with extra charge for hearing pool but the girls got use out of it.). Place is well maintained and walkway makes direct beach access easy. Overall great place and stay.

Great Beach House and Plenty Of Room
We had a great time. Everything was wide open with great views. The Master Suite was amazing as was the great room and pool bar. Weather it was a jump in the pool or a 1 minute walk to the beach we could not be more happy with our stay. We look forward to going again next year.

The house is great but there were issues. The free standing ice maker ( much needed with 9 people) stopped working after the second day. The refrigerator could not maintain a cold temperature. Had to transfer all our food to coolers one night. The pool was never cleaned and the pool deck needed to be weeded. I informed the property manager of all these issues, hopefully they have been addressed by now. The kitchen frig did finally get back to a temperature where food could be stored in it again. On a positive note there were plenty of beach chairs beach towels and beach toys.

Overall this would have been a 5 but the property was lacking in basic supplies and condiments. Like toilet paper, paper towel etc. Location was great. the house was nice. Overall not well appointed. Great place for a family with all of the twin beds.

Negative issues
Good afternoon, We enjoyed our stay, but have the following observations. 1. After reviewing the promotional material and saw the Coyote Grill. I prepared a leg of lamb to smoke on Easter Sunday. I was extremely disappointed in that we were not allowed to use the grill, but equally important, the Char Broil grill that was provided outside was unusable. I contacted your office the next Monday morning and was told that somebody would get back to me quickly with a solution. I called again in the middle of the afternoon and got the same response. In both cases I never received a response and gave up. 2. During the same call I also mentioned that the beverage cooler had a strong rotten fish odor. I was told that the cleaning crew would be advised. On Wednesday my son cleaned it. 3. The twin bed that I slept in on the first floor felt like I was lying on a bowl of jelly. My daughter and her husband who slept on the second floor had a similar complaint with their twin beds. We had no other negative issues. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, but, at the price of this rental, the above issues are not justified. Thank you for the ability to comment. Dave Baker

Fabulous Location
Overall a wonderful experience! Perfect location for a Girl's Getaway. Weather was perfect. Issues with some dishes dirty, missing glass in microwave/fridge. Too many twin beds for home, 6 of the 9 beds not great for adults, and not particularly comfortable. Would stay again knowing this and adjusting the group.
