Great property, newer building, modern furnishings, good amenities. Only suggestions would be to put towel hooks in the bathrooms and touch up paint in the rooms on a regular basis to keep the higher appearance.

Stay away from room 1010
At firts, we booked a room with a balcony, hoping that it would be a nice outdoor view ( room 1010). Turned out, the room was so noisy, poor sound proof that we couldnt sleep at night. We filed a complaint and moved to room 1115 (downgraded) with much better sound proof. Overall, it is a new clean hotel and located at strategic location, next to Citos Mall. Tip: stay away from balcony room as it has no sound proof whatsoever.

This property sets a new standard within the property’s area. I was staying in the elite rooms thus i have the access to the club lounge which serves good teatime and evening cocktails. I am amazed with the sheer amount of marbles they use within this property. It is on luxury class!

初めての宿泊ということでアップグレードされた部屋に。豪華で清潔、5星に近い部屋に宿泊出来、とても良かった。朝食も充実しており、スタッフも親切。部屋のミネラルウォーターは消毒再利用の瓶詰めの物だったため、ペットボトルであれば安心かつ持ち出し出来るので、尚良かったなと思いました。

위치 좋고 직원 친절, Elite Lounge 사용 가능
위치가 대로변에 있어 교통 지옥인 자카르타에서 이동하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 걸어서 5분 거리에 CITOS 쇼핑몰이 있어서 가벼운 미팅이나 긴급한 쇼핑 등에 도움이 됩니다. 호텔이 화려하지는 않으나 직원들이 모두 친절하고 특히 Elite Lounge 사용이 가능한 곳이라 늦은 미팅을 마치고 식사 등을 할 수 있어 크게 도움이 되었습니다. 오전 6시부터 23시까지 운영됩니다. 같은 지역에 출장이 생기는 경우 다시 방문할 계획입니다.
