Bathroom seat was broken. Bathroom flooded with water when I took shower. Shuttle service is only availabile at certain times which were not disclosed at the hotel website.

Excellent value with good service

I've given five stars as it was very good value. There was no hot water whilst I was there and the plumbing had seen better days. But aircon was superb, room was large and clean and service was very warm and efficient. Given the price and location next to airport it was at tge top end if my expectations.

i absolutely does not appreciate the attitude of the person who was at the counter. The customer service was really bad and the hotel was really bad. I would not recommend this for anybody.
