They front desk said they were under renovations. The room was covered in dust, a lot! The carpet looked awful. No extra pillows or blankets. Elevator broken, had no rooms on first floor had to climb stairs to get to the room. And it wasn't the one we booked. Said breakfast from 6-9. And there was nothing there. We had to leave early due to the storm that was coming in and the sign said absolutely no refunds. The guy at the desk said he put in for us to get the money back since the show we were supposed to attend got rescheduled. The great worked the bed linens were clean and the shower was clean. The toilet looked like no one had bleached it ever, it was stained dark yellow. I won't be back.

Took 45 minutes to check-in and get a room key that worked. Lots of things were broken and most were filthy. Doesn't appear that any maintenance has been done on this hotel for years. Towels were rags. Hair wiskers were on sink vanity. Dirty ring in toilet as if it hadn't been cleaned for 3 weeks. Though they said coffee and a light / cold breakfast was provided from 9-11 AM, there was zero food and NO COFFEE

Donnnn't do iiiit!!

Workers were unprofessional, place smelled funny, 3 small flat pullows for a king. Cobwebs all over lower window, poor quality soaps, no breakfast at 830a when it was supposed to be until 9a. Dirty shower head. Tv was very spotty. Do not recommend.

Worst place ever!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This was the worst I've ever stayed!! Room was nasty, smelled horrible, coffee maker didn't work, the televisions were horrible, and the comforter was paper thin I booked a 2-queen room and was given a king room. Had to ask for extra pillows because the ones in the room were flat. No one seemed to care.

The property was completely under staffed with one poor employee that as having to do everything The overall place was filthy. The poor girl that checked me in has to go with me to physically check 4 rooms before we found one that the A/C worked. Then after returning late that night realized that the room appeared to have been vacant for months and not been cleaned. Only sheets on the bed, the TVs were not even connected to cable or plugged in, no phone in the room, the key did not work and the poor guy working that night had to use the hard key to let me in, there were dirt dobber nests on the ceiling, the room and while floor smelled like a HUGE ashtray. after sleeping in this room for 5-6 hours, I ended up with a sinus infection and have been sick ever since. This was a really nice place several years ago but now is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at and will never do it again.

Renter beware!

Requested smoking room. Third floor was hot and smelled stale. Our first room the door would not lock. Requested a second room which had a strong odor of mildew. Couches broken in both rooms. Bathrooms were not clean and no hand soap. Both rooms had burn holes in floor and bed linen. Tried to get a refund and we were denied. There was no signage stating no refunds. Third room was non-smoking on first floor. Cleaner but the AC did not work! The FOURTH room was at least clean and had AC but had no hot water in the sink.

Really great spacious room Iwas at the back so no view. Bit you could open the window for fresh air
