Staff were polite but not able to be very helpful. For example, they have a shuttle service, and say to call when you have your luggage. We called, and called, and called, and after 40 minutes of calling without any answer finally just took a taxi. In another case, our room was absolutely freezing and the polite person at the front desk said that they were sorry they had no extra blankets and there wasn't anything they could do.

Staffing is great. Front desk and transport were friendly efficient and helpful. The problem was there was no hot water in the building and no advance notification to that effect. Supposed to be repaired the day I checked out so I'll be confirming that before I stay again!

Usually always have a good experience here. My room this time smelled like weed really badly. No I did not request a new room it was late and I was exhausted. Just was not what I am used to at this property. I usually have a great stay here.

Pros: The location of the property was convenient for us. The room was clean (kudos to the maids). Cons: broken room thermostat broken coffee maker, and broken tub stpper. The breakfast was a joke--almost nonexistent. They only had yougart, granola bars, oatmeal (made with water), coffee and tea. This is reminiscent of CoVid days.

The front desk staff is excellent . Do not expect to get clean towels if you ask —- they only want to service room when guest leaves — a way to be green ? No a way to save money . The hotel felt safe . The location is good and my 3rd floor room was very quiet. The “grab and go breakfast is granola bars, yogurt, and terrible coffee. So basically you’re just getting a location nice front desk, staff, and a moderately clean room.
