The property had black mold and was not clean. We brought our concerns to management and still wasn’t offered a refund after we refused to stay there-due to obvious health concerns. We drove up to the property and was in shock to see the pool literally shares the same space as the parking lot. No thank you. The staff were unfriendly and not accommodating. They couldn’t even tell me where to get a bite to eat …meanwhile there’s a restaurant right next to the building. Never again

The floor boards in the hall was were warped. The elevator had parts that were broken. The second floor lighting was very dark, made me feel unsafe. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling. The breakfast was terrible, food was under cooked, there was not a lot of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area is great overall, publix is nearby, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The hotel has a lot of potential but needs TLC. The lobby is nice and felt welcoming.

Great location but below average for comfort

My wife and kids and I stayed for a few days. The location is great but the hotel itself is below average for comfort. It was nice to have the free breakfast but we probably won’t stay there again

Vday weekend review

The TV, microwave, and refrig did not work(there was no power on that side of the wall..the lamp didnt work either) Maintenance came and said he would be back to fix it but never did. Also the carpet stayed wet from the air conditioner. Lastly there is only 1 elevator and its sooo slow, so a lot of time waiting. Breakfast was just okay. I got a bagel and didnt eat it. It was old and hard. Husband had sausage and eggs and said it was okay.

Could’ve been better.

For the price the building is old. Floors and equipment in bad shape. We had ant issues where our friends had to change rooms. Breakfast was decent. The waffles wouldn’t release from the makers and cause a huff amongst visitors. Lakeesha at the front desk was a pleasure.

Don't drop your maintenance standards

Good value for this clean hotel. Just needs a bit more care in maintenace to provide the finishes that the rest of the hotel deserves (tiling, trim painting, flooring).

Not a great stay - wouldn't return

I didn't feel that this hotel was worth the price. The complimentary breakfast was the worst I've ever had at a hotel (I'm not expecting anything fancy, it's just that the quality of the hot food was shockingly low.) It felt like the building was run down and held together with tape. The staff were very pleasant and were the best part of the hotel.

Staff was friendly upon arrival; however, the rooms were gross. No blankets to cover yourself to sleep, just a flat sheet. No soap, very little lighting in the room, tub was dirty, not enough towel and wash clothes. No hangers for our clothes. the button to flush was oxidize. It was a terrible experience. Will not recommend to my worst enemy. -Zero stars
