Convenient and comfortable

Convenient motel on edge of Kaikoura with easy access to restaurants & walks. Motel has been recently refurshed and the room & bathroom, which had a much appreciated spa bath, were spotless. Self laundry facilities excellent. No breakfast available but rooms had small kitchenettes with microwave, hob, fridge & utensils. As with most hotels/motels it is on a busy main road, but traffic was quiet during the night & ear plugs provide!

Clean motel within walking distance to various dining options. Room is very clean with a small fridge, kitchenette and basic utensils. Parking is a bit challenging. We did not use any of their services but the staff is polite and checking in is fast.

Perfect location in Kaikoura

This was a super-nice really well-run family-owned motel. I had a beautiful second-floor suite with Eve I needed, kitchen-wise and everything else-wise. Location was fabulous. I was on foot (came by train) so 12-minute walk from train station (which is adjacent to departure point for Whale Watching Kaikōura). Close to the major supermarket on the north edge of time and ditto for downtown. 15-minute walk to Dolphin Encounter meeting spot.
